Subject: Chemtrail Network Update

Dear Friends and Chemtrail watchers,

The regular newsletter will be sent to you shortly. We at the
Chemtrails network have information that we feel won't wait. There is
reason to believe that we are making some progress in this
investigation. Thanks to some sources that ask to remain anonymous, and
to all of you in the trenches that send us reports and photos and tapes
and who have dug deep to find answers to this unbelievable nightmare, we
do have some answers.

1. We now believe that this spraying that appears as innocent contrails
has a much more sinister function than either inoculation or fuel
dumping.

2. We have been in contact with high ranking officials in the military
that swear to receiving orders to prepare for what is to be phase two of
what can only be described as a global culling of the populous.

3. The most recent lab tests of a sample from the goo like matter that
falls from the sky contains chemicals that are not found anywhere in
nature, and could only have originated from the worlds most
sophisticated laboratories.

Next is a report from one of you in the trenches that we feel that
everyone should be aware of.
I called the National Weather Service in Albuquerque this morning to ask
them about the heavy aerial spraying we have had for the past week, and
to get the "official" explanation for this phenomenon.
The meteorologist I spoke with said that the military will
"occasionally" report that they intend to "drop chaff" --which shows up
on the radar as precipitation, and then dissipates--this is to warn the
Weather Service that it is not actual precipitation. I asked her what
"chaff" is supposed to be, and she told me that it is aluminum droplets.
I asked her if she would like to breathe aluminum droplets--she agreed,
no she wouldn't. Then I called the EPA Air Quality Enforcement Division,
and talked to
the guy in charge of our region. He said that they have no control over
military projects, unless the pollutants exceed their maximum parts per
million of ambient particulates--which I questioned the standard, since
this spraying has been continuous for a week and has not exceeded the
limit?
Today was the first clear blue sky we have seen since last Monday, and
while the clouds are rolling in from the west now, they look nothing
like the strange cobweb-like stuff we've had in the sky of late, which
refracts oddly and wrinkles in the wind.

And this just in...
Add to the list of rogues a possible new human made factor behind
climate change: contrails from high-flying airplanes that spread into
larger and longer lasting clouds than researchers had expected.
Satellites tracked several contrails over the United States that
persisted for up to 17 hours and grew to resemble banks of natural
cirrus clouds, according to a report in today's Geophysical
Research Letters. If such formations are common, contrails may have a
significant impact on climate--especially in areas with heavy
traffic overhead. At high altitudes, particles in jet exhaust become
seeds for ice crystals that make up contrails. Ice crystals reflect
sunlight during the day, possibly cooling the ground below. They may
also trap heat after the sun goes down and make the nights warmer. In
the 1960s, scientists proposed that fleets of planes could spawn enough
contrails to
tweak the climate in industrialized regions. Recent satellite studies
over Europe showed that contrails cover about 1% of the sky--seemingly
not an important amount. However, those satellites watched only the most
obvious contrails: long, narrow streaks, many of which fade quickly.
The new research reveals that other contrails can elude detection by
mutating into strikingly large, cirrus like
clouds. NASA researchers used geostationary satellites to continuously
track three sets of contrails over California and the southern United
States in spring 1996. The contrails, floating at altitudes of about 10
kilometers, lasted between 7 and 17 hours and expanded to enormous sizes
by catalyzing the growth of a larger cloud with more ice. One cloud
reached 35,000 square kilometers--the size of Indiana. At such extents,
no satellite or ground-based instrument would recognize the clouds as
having arisen from contrails, says atmospheric scientist Patrick Minnis
of NASA's Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia. If more high
clouds that look like natural cirrus are old contrails in disguise,
Minnis says, "that could have a strong regional effect on climate."
Indeed, other studies point to an increase in cirrus clouds during the
last 30 years, possibly due to increases in air traffic. The
contrails' tremendous size surprises atmospheric scientist Brian Toon of
the University of Colorado,
Boulder. "This may make the number of contrails bigger than we thought,
but we don't yet know how to quantify that number," Toon says. He adds
that jet exhaust may alter existing cirrus clouds by making them denser
or triggering precipitation--another poorly understood link between air
travel and climate patterns.

The newsletter will have much more information just as soon as it is
avalable as well as a new strategy to get a full investigation into this
by congress.

Folks I am sorry to have to report such grim news tonight, and I must
implore you once again if you have not gotten a Survival Meds packet
